Escape the hustle of your daily life and join us for a time of slowing down and renewing your outlook on this upcoming holiday season. Our hope is that this Gathering will inspire and encourage you as you open your home to others. We will have hands-on workshops focusing on setting a holiday table, as well as creating a stress free holiday menu. We will end our time together at a beautiful set harvest table and enjoy the fruits of our labor.
In this workshop you will learn the basic "recipes" for creating beautiful, simple arrangements. Using unexpected containers and transforming them into vessels that result in an unforgettable addition to your home. During this workshop, you will learn basic composition skills, how to build upon arrangements, flower care and building your flower "toolbox". Each participant will make one arrangement and be allowed to take it home the same day. Supplies including flowers will be provided.
Seats available: 12

We couldn't be more thrilled to have Parker Clay premium leather goods joining us at the launch of A Shared Gathering!
In 2008 Parker Clay founders, Ian and Brittany Bentley, were moved by the number of orphans living in the world. Some statistics place the numbers at 163 million orphans worldwide. While those statistics are alarming, Ian and Brittany looked at these numbers and said, “What if that was Parker or Clayton” their two biological children. While in Ethiopia the Bentley’s spent time with a number of organizations looking for ways to address some of the root causes to poverty and the disruption of family. It was soon after this that the Bentley’s packed up their lives and moved to Ethiopia to help with development work centered around job creation and capacity development with vulnerable women. Check out the rest of their story as well as how they are giving back!
